Communication issues arose with staff due to limited English, which sometimes complicated requests. the facilities didn’t match the advertised standards, particularly regarding spa access and room conditions, leading to a slightly disappointing experience given the price.

the pool was kinda cold and the gym is really small, so not great for serious workouts. also, wifi could have been better.

The Deluxe Double Room City View was nice with AC, flat-screen TV, and a comfy sofa bed. Shower had good pressure. Plus, the indoor pool and spa facilities were great for relaxing after sightseeing. The staff were super helpful, and the location was perfect for getting around the city easily.
